Returns & Refunds

If the wrong Product is delivered or if it is damaged upon arrival, the Client shall notify the Carrier immediately and refuse delivery (If not, the products are considered in good condition at delivery and therefore accepted by the Client). The product will be returned to us and the Client shall receive a replacement product package within 14 business days from the date Picture Day receives the returned package. In case the Client prefers to cancel the Order after refusing the delivery Picture Day will refund payment from the date Picture Day receive the returned package. The time for receiving a refund depends on which payment method you selected when ordering. Please get in touch with us for more information if needed.
